Some Great Finds On An Unexpected Trip
I decided to stop by a couple of the thrift stores in my old stomping grounds after an appointment today. It was one of those amazingly lucky days and I ended up with some great gear.

Vintage tan with brown leather trim Marsand camera bag
The money shot for all the "Made In America" fans out there
Thinking about using this as a pocket square. Been seeing a lot of camo out and about.
Two D Ring belts. The wicked thing about these is that I have matching NATO watch straps for both of these, and they were only $0.99 each. Score.

Some Vintage Kitchen Finds
I found these kitchen canisters at two different stores near the house I grew up in. I love the look of the 3 canister set. I am a font nerd and these really appeal to me.
And the cheesy Mid Century vibe on this one is great.

First Post - Alden Cape Cod Collection Penny Loafers
After reading many of the mens wear blogs, I have decided to start my own. Not being exceptionally wealthy, and living in a city where there is not a whole hell of alot good brands to choose from, I for many years have resorted to finding alot of my wardrobe at thrift stores. Not all of my clothing is purchased at thrift stores, but I have found a wealth of great clothing in these sartorial graveyards. For example, these Alden Cape Cod Penny Loafers. They needed a good shine and could use the heels redone, but at $6.99 they were a steal. Size 11, and a touch too big (insoles should work just fine), my search for a good pair of loafers has ended.
Just the right amount of wear, saving me the blisters of stiff leather.
